Allow TD to modify the scores for matches played off Hub regardless of tournament state

Sometimes players will enter the wrong score. Even where it is not possible to alter the later draw it can be useful to correct the scores in past rounds, for example in a Swiss.

This is less relevant for matches played on Hub as the score cannot be entered wrong.

TD can now modify all scores at any time except for Elimination stages, where it really doesn't make sense. Warning is given when changing a score for a completed match.

Hi Alfie,

Great proposal, yes indeed that is a real issue. And it is for matches played on Hub too (if the TD submits a wrong score for the last match in the round), for cases when even if the players played their match on Hub, instead to play it by scheduling option for the tournament match link, (maybe by commodity) they just used the challenge player feature so the score was not recorded for the tourney.
