Allow TDs to assign custom masterpoint schemes

It's great that a default masterpoint system exists. Our club has used a different system for the weekly tournaments we host (2 for first, 1 for second, nothing otherwise) for a yearlong race.
As a TD, I would love to assign a custom MP scheme for all tourneys in a series, to keep consistent with our scheme, and serve as the official season tally on the competition page.

Brad Mampe 🇺🇸 (idiotvig), this is done. The calcs are dynamic so you can play around with the masterpoints and the table will update.
To use, go to Configure Club on the club page, then the new masterpoints section and click Edit.

While it's less useful in our case, there could be TDs who might want the ability to edit points after the fact, with a scheme like this, perhaps in the case of disputes.
