This will be an additional option in the scheduling configuration that allows the TD to specify a time window near the scheduled start time in which matches will not be forfeit but can be rescheduled instead when one player doesn't show.

This is to mitigate the situation where a player accepts a schedule request at the last minute, and where the player who proposed the time doesn't see the email and thus doesn't turn up to the match.
