hanks Alfie. If over a long period say 50 consecutive puzzles, a player has improved enough. Will this ever justify going back into the main league table at the appropriate place?

How about more than one division for puzzlers. I miss following the league table since I was relegated off it overnight. Helps me monitor how bad I’m getting !

justification would be that newbies who improve (not me!) will not be able to catch up or get a true reading of how they are doing. how About a separate table for last 20 puzzles.

Haha, I'd like to start again too. Considering I am a fairly strong player I have been pretty hopeless on these :-/
