Can we stop challenges for times that the challenger says they can't play at?

A few times recently I have had to cancel challenges because I am unable to find a time to reschedule. It is a little irksome when I find that the challenger has challenged at a time they say they are not available to play ... so for example I then can't simply change the day.
I am really not sure what the purpose of putting restrictions on the calendar is? Surely blanketing out days/weeks is unnecessary if you only have a couple of possible challenges to arrange? Yes - if you could be challenged an unlimited number of times then restricting the calendar would be necessary but most players can only be challenged twice - that's two email threads!

Hi Matthew Hibbert (taviman), I can see you arranged your match successfully in the end! Preferred times are just that... preferred, and it's still possible to pick a time that appears blocked, unless your opponent has enabled "strict mode" (checkbox in the preferences screen).

I find it very useful to give a "normally not available" indication the way it works now, such as for evenings I am normally out or times when I don't want to play. Also very useful when challenging others to save some unnecessary extra back and forths. On the other hand, I would want to keep the possibility of challenging during a time that I am normally unavailable as there are always exceptions and it would be too restrictive, in my opinion, to prevent that. It is a brilliant feature of hub overall.
