"Tag a move" in match analysis isn't working for me

Hi Alfie, the little tag/label button doesn't work when analysing my matches after playing. Is there a way I can get this to work again? I had a look in settings but couldn't see anything.

Hi Angie Softley 🇬🇧 (doubledare) what device are you on. I just tested and it works for me.

You need to tap on the move in question and then tap the tag icon. It should show a popup allowing you to enter a comment, and then should show a link in the chat. Let me know which part of the sequence isn't working!

Hello Alfie and thanks for your reply. 
Yes, what you described above has worked for me previously. 
I have just re-opened a previous match, went to review and I've worked out that it will only work if my screen isn't set to full screen, which is what I use to play my matches. This is true for using emotions in the chat also. I use a laptop and Chrome is the browser.
